Ibrahim Spahić (born 10 May 1952 in Sarajevo) is the President and Director of the X Biennial of Young Artist of Europe and the Mediterranean.

Spahić finished high school and graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy of Sarajevo University with a Bachelor of comparative and theatrologist. He is married and has 2 children
